Belmonte XXVII is an excellent horse from the Stud of Miguel Carrión, by “Devo Ram II” who in turn is by “Educado X”, all of the Guardiola bloodline.

And on the maternal side,  Marqués de Borja and Pallarés bloodlines.

In this horse we see fully united beauty, with the face and neck so characteristic of the “Educado” bloodline (with a clear, slightly convex profile) with functionality from the maternal line as mentioned above.

We believe this stallion is clearly on the way up (3rd place from Spain and Reserve Champion in class 8ªand 4th place overall in Sicab 2012 and Belmonte XXVII is perfectly suited for the new selection criteria included by the PRE Stud Book as regards characteristics of conformation and functionality.

This year he has three times been the winner in  Ancce (National Purebred Spanish Horse Breeders’ Association) competitions in Classical Dressage and European Reserve Champion and Champion in Ávila in section 10ª.
